The frames on our page act somewhat like training wheels so wherever you go on the Web you’ll always have that frame or third wheel to support you so you get lost. To get rid of the training wheels, just click on the right mouse button (in Netscape 4.0 and greater). Select "open frame in new window," your top choice (that right mouse button doesn’t get the credit it deserves). Netscape will open the frame in a new window so you can see the entire page and also bookmark that page. To return home to our site, click on "LiteracyLIVE" icon on the bottom and you’ll have those training wheels again.
